Kitchen Renovation Myth – Change is bad

Truth: This opinion usually stems from one of two reasons. First is an attempt to save money. In most situations, a good designer can make at least minor changes to greatly improve the layout of the room, without adding to the renovation cost. The second reason for this is simply out of frustration with the renovation process. There are so many choices available today. Rather than make a bad choice, homeowners simply go with what they know, even if there is a better solution. Nothing is more disheartening to a designer, than to see someone “settle for less” when they don’t have to. When renovating, it is wise to work closely with your designer, to make sure your new kitchen is designed the best, most efficient, most attractive way possible.
