It is a common question, “How do we get started?”. At DKD, we have a unique way of helping you fully understand how the remodeling process works. Too often we see homeowners at our showroom that are stressing out when they think about remodeling their kitchen or bath and finding kitchen remodeling ideas. Sound familiar? Instead, at your first visit to our showroom, we will discuss your renovation at a relaxed pace, while you sip a cup of coffee or tea. During the first visit, we introduce ourselves, explain what we do and why we do it, and discover your vision of the perfect room. Many times we will even set a second meeting, to make sure that you are 100% confident with your decision to work with us. Here are some discussion points that we will cover at your first visit:

You will notice that at no time did we say, “select door styles, woods, and colors”. We will guide you through those decisions in the design phase of the project. Also you see no mention of sitting through a high pressure sales pitch. Direct Kitchen and Bath Remodel

Initial Designs

After the general details and budget are discussed, we will get to work creating several fantastic designs. Please understand that each job we do is unique and designed with your specific wants and needs in mind. We will show you complete details of each design, using the latest 3D drawing technology. You can even view design details on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Final Design

Most of our jobs are a combination of ideas from more than one of the initial designs. Again, you will appreciate the amount of time we spend with you to make sure the design is perfect. At this point, we will also assist you in selecting a color, wood, door style, countertop, and all the other selections that bring the whole room together. Throughout the entire bathroom and kitchen remodeling process, we will work with you to make sure there are no budget surprises. Any design ideas you wish to include, that will alter the total cost, will be discussed openly and promptly.

Paperwork

As always, we want you to be completely satisfied with the finished product. Our final paperwork states clearly what is and is not included in your contract with us. Once the final paperwork is authorized, we work closely with our manufacturers to make sure every detail of your bath renovation or kitchen remodel exceeds your expectations.

Our Location

We are located in the north portion of Whitehall Township, on MacArthur Road 5.5 miles north of Route 22. Take the Route 145 North exit from route 22, go 5.5 miles. Turn left on Roosevelt Street, then turn right into our driveway.
